Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury Beauty brands with business around the world.

 

  • Report to and work closely with Training Manager to identify, design and develop training programs for frontline / operation employees
  • Compile, review and update training materials as well as deliver training contents to target audience focusing in product knowledge and customer services
  • Act as a facilitator to effective the delivery of classroom trainings towards the training outcome and objectives
  • Work closely with  operation managers to identify the training needs towards the brand’s positioning and direction as well as perform effective coaching to drive and maintain a high quality of services level
  • Propose training / recognizing ideas and concepts from time to time to enhance the training effectiveness and performance outcome with the objective to maximizing the sales performance as a whole
  • Monitor training budgets and expenditures
  • Supervise an assistant for routine training logistics issues

Requirement: :
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in retail training, preferably gained from Beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Strong in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Willing to frequent travel to retail stores
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
