Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury Beauty brands with business around the world.
- Report to and work closely with Training Manager to identify, design and develop training programs for frontline / operation employees
- Compile, review and update training materials as well as deliver training contents to target audience focusing in product knowledge and customer services
- Act as a facilitator to effective the delivery of classroom trainings towards the training outcome and objectives
- Work closely with operation managers to identify the training needs towards the brand’s positioning and direction as well as perform effective coaching to drive and maintain a high quality of services level
- Propose training / recognizing ideas and concepts from time to time to enhance the training effectiveness and performance outcome with the objective to maximizing the sales performance as a whole
- Monitor training budgets and expenditures
- Supervise an assistant for routine training logistics issues
