Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
- Report to GM and take care of all kind of education and training activities to ensure all frontline staff are continually delivering a skillful and professional manners towards the company goals as well as retain the position of brand image in the market
- Work closely with different team partners to establish regular and annual educational planning and scheduling, including but not limited to all Basic, Seasonal, Promotional, Event, and In-Store Education
- Provide feedback of evaluation and findings to Line and Management as well as recommend solutions to enhance performance in terms of sales and services skills
- Perform coaching whenever necessary to reach the company standard
- Responsible for training budget management and ensure the budget is allocated and utilized effectively
