Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing technology and telecommunications services to both B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop strategic software development plan in line with SDLC governance
- Drive, direct and manage the team and stakeholders for the delivery of projects to achieve the projects’ objectives
- Monitor the whole delivery cycle and each critical milestones in terms of the scope, scheduling and development standard
- Manage relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery is aligned to the agreed timeline, scope and cost
- Identify potential risks and provide timely and appropriate reaction against the found problems, including but not limited to reporting and escalation, stakeholders updating, recommendation, etc. to avoid any discrepancy on timeline, scope and cost
- Provide regular update of project status to management and project stakeholders
