• Be the Head of Payment Operation division as well as drive and coach the team to execute the Corporate's strategic plans to achieve the expected objective
• Develop strategic action plans to support various company’s business programs and projects to achieve the ultimate services level of payment operation
• Manage the team's performance and delegate work effectively to subordinates to maximize the productivity and value
• Oversee, manage, review and streamline the payment operations as well as monitor the effectiveness of systems performance
• Build and maintain excellent business partner relationship with relevant stakeholders such as vendors, merchants, business partners and card associations, authorities etc.
